Andrea leads our customer experience assignments. She honed her skills through various positions at Ford Motor Company and through work with Experian, American Airlines, Toyota/Lexus and AMD.
As a customer experience pioneer, she has developed tools and methodologies to help businesses understand and map customer journeys and experiences at every touch point across the company’s platforms. She then designs end-to-end solutions that optimize brand, conversion and profitability.
Andrea is a woman who is fanatical about coffee, even more than the people who grow it. Seriously. She just loves it. Andrea is based in Orange County, California.
